Dagger Diving in the Community
Our community shapes us, whether it’s the city in which Dagger Diving calls home, the causes that bring us together, or the unbreakable bond from one service veteran to another.
We like to support these communities whenever we get the opportunity, and we’ve been privileged to get behind epic fundraisers and sponsorships over the years.

Jack Jarvis Dagger Diving Sponsorship
Jack Jarvis takes a mid-ocean selfie break as he rows across the Atlantic for Brainstrust.
Supporting local schools and teams
The North Yorkshire city of Ripon is not only home to Dagger Diving Services HQ, but multiple schools and sports clubs, all doing a fantastic job at educating the next generation and teaching them to be team players.
We were lucky to get involved with:

Ripon Panthers in their new kit
Ripon Panthers boys u10 team are match ready.

Colour run
Our MD Dan with his nephew and niece after battling the colour run gauntlet.

An intro to Commercial Diving
One of our team helps a RGS student with his diving gear.
Kit to club sponsorship
Having sponsored our young football club to ensure they looked the part with new kits, we wanted to expand that support by becoming club sponsors. With their team colours of black and red, it worked quite nicely with Dagger Diving’s own colours!
A festival of colour
We proudly sponsored Ripon Cathedral School’s Colour Run, helping raise £1000 for new school books.
A careers event with a difference
What better way to get a feel for a career in diving then suiting up and getting in the water? We were invited to Ripon Grammar School to facilitate just that, giving students the chance to experience life as a commercial diver.
Trans-atlantic trailblazer
When we learned that British Soldier and adventurer, Jack Jarvis, intended to become the first person in history to row from mainland Europe to North America, we just had to get involved.
We were immensely proud to help Jack get to that starting line with sponsorship as he prepared to row 4,500 miles over 110 days in aid of the charity Brainstrust.
Jack’s feat raised over £70,000 – all in memory of his grandfather, who passed away from a brain tumour.

Eve’s Trust Legends Match
Eve Merton was a legend in herself, and now the annual Legends match continues her good work of always looking out for others.
Players past from the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United battle it out against Doncaster Rovers each year at the Eco-Power Stadium, all to raise money for those affected by cancer and their families in the Doncaster area. 2025’s event raised an incredible £160,000 for the Eve Merton Dream’s Trust.
